La nostra casa è a Chiavari, in provincia di Genova, posizione ideale per scoprire il Golfo del Tigullio e le altre località della costa ligure tra cui il Golfo Paradiso, le Baie del Levante, le Cinque Terre, il Golfo dei Poeti e il litorale sarzanese.
“Ca’ de figge” comoda da raggiungere dalla stazione ferroviaria e con il bus, a 3 minuti dal casello autostradale di Lavagna, a 50 km dall’ aeroporto C.Colombo di Genova, si trova al terzo piano di uno stabile dotato di ascensore, a due passi dal mare e dal “caruggio dritto” e nei pressi della ciclovia dell’ ardesia.
Sotto casa vi è una caffetteria e un parcheggio pubblico gratuito in strada, dietro l’angolo ci sono supermercati, pasticcerie, panifici, farmacie, lavanderie, parrucchieri… non manca proprio nulla!
L’alloggio è composto da un piccolo balcone, cucina fornita di tutto l’utile e attrezzata con forno, frigo, freezer, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, da un soggiorno dotato di un divano e Smart Tv, di due camere da letto(una con letto matrimoniale ed ampio guardaroba, l’altra con un letto a castello), di un bagno provvisto di una cabina doccia e di sanitari completi.
In tutto l’appartamento è presente la connessione WiFi gratuita, non sono ammessi animali e non è consentito fumare ed organizzare feste.
